1 pound shrimp
1/4 c. olive oil
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
pinch of parsley - fresh or dried
2 hours prior to grilling, prepare the marinade. Place shrimp on kabobs and cover with marinade. Store in refrigerator until ready to grill. Grill for 2-3 min. on each side or until pink. Do not overcook.
