Marinated Chicken

Chicken Breasts

Equal parts:
oil
7-up
soy sauce

1-2 tsp on garlic chili sauce

Mix. Pour over chicken to marinate as long as desired. Grill on medium heat for about 20 minutes, or bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until done.

About Us

This blog is for the Castlewood Cooks. We do a monthly meal exchange in our neighborhood. Each month, we all make a meal for 10 families. Most of them can be frozen. We meet once a month to swap meals. We each come home with 10 different yummy meals. At least 10 times each month, we have an answer for that dreaded question: "What should we have for dinner?" We just pull a meal out of the freezer and prepare as directed. This blog is a way for us to share our recipes with each other, find more great recipes, and keep track of the meals we've had so we can request our favorites again.
