6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1\2 c. ketchup
1\2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1\2 cup crushed pineapple with juice
1\2 brown sugar
Mix all ingredients together. If freezing, place Chicken in a freezer bag. Pour sauce mixture over chicken in bag.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or stew in slow cooker for 4-6 hours. Serve over rice.
