Spinach Artichoke Chicken

12 chicken tenders
1/2 bucket Spinach Artichoke Dip (from Deli section at Costco)

Place chicken tenders in baking dish. Spread dip on top. Bake for about 30 min. at 350 degrees, or until done. Serve over rice.

This blog is for the Castlewood Cooks. We do a monthly meal exchange in our neighborhood. Each month, we all make a meal for 10 families. Most of them can be frozen. We meet once a month to swap meals. We each come home with 10 different yummy meals. At least 10 times each month, we have an answer for that dreaded question: "What should we have for dinner?" We just pull a meal out of the freezer and prepare as directed. This blog is a way for us to share our recipes with each other, find more great recipes, and keep track of the meals we've had so we can request our favorites again.
